Nós existimos para reconhecer as suas histórias de protagonismo e celebramos cada uma das trajetórias inspiradoras dessas mulheres que através de seu trabalho transformam todo um setor.
Somos o único concurso nacional exclusivamente dedicado à valorização das mulheres que pertencem a um dos ramos mais importantes do nosso país: o Agro.
Who are we looking for?
For women who live from agriculture! They can
be rural producers, animal breeders , or they can be those with careers and professions within companies in the large agro sector
( as an example, a veterinarian or agronomist). What will be most relevant is your life
and history in union with its leading role within its community .

Who is the first?
Miss Agro Brazil?
Ianne Dutra is an agricultural entrepreneur and demonstrates how multifaceted and versatile women in this field are! Ianne is a wife, mother, family successor and breeder of Nelore cattle in Sergipe.
She has a moving story of great overcoming in relation to family succession, and even facing all her challenges, she preserved her femininity. This woman from Sergipe was the one who took the title of 1st Miss Agro Brasil to her state!
Upon arriving in her city, she was received with great affection by the population of Carira/SE. And, later, she won an award from the press, the "Mais Carira" , which honors the most outstanding people from Carira each year.
Miss Agro, in its essence, is a showcase for women in agriculture who want to gain visibility on the national scene, and we invite you to follow more of the achievements of our 1st Miss Agro Brazil on her Instagram profile (@iannedutra)!
Understand the Stages of the Competition

Start of
Mentoring
After being selected, candidates receive mentoring to prepare them for the competition. Public speaking, style and image , and positioning on social media are some of the topics covered in the mentoring.

Miss
Popularidade
Twenty (20) days before the contest, candidates will receive a link to mobilize their community to vote! This will be a chance for a candidate to win the popularity title and add 5 more points to their score.

Interview
with jurors
Once inside the confinement, the candidates will have 5 minutes with the judges , it will be the moment to present their story and interact with the judges. At the end, they will receive a grade for oratory, posture, protagonism and sympathy.

The speech
This stage takes place on stage, where candidates choose a topic related to agriculture, something they want to defend, shed light on and raise a reflection on. The sum of all the scores so far will form the TOP 05 .

Pergunta final
The five (5) finalists must answer the question: Why do you deserve to be Miss Agro Brazil? Their answers will reveal Miss Agro Brazil 2024 , Vice Miss Agro Brazil 2024 and Princess Miss Agro Brazil 2024 .

Reinado
Miss Agro Brasil 2024 will be the maximum representative of this title, having a 1-year reign , where she will be responsible for fulfilling an agenda under the name of Miss Agro Brasil and sponsors throughout Brazil.

With determination and passion, Marina seeks to build a legacy that transcends the limits of business and deeply touches the people around her.
